Our goal at Trendous is to provide the best products and the best customer service possible, which is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If at any point you decide you are not completely satisfied, you are protected.
How to request a refund
- Email our support team. We will provide a return address and a return confirmation number.
- Return the product along with your Trendous invoice and the confirmation number you were assigned.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked service.
We must receive the package within 60 days of the original purchase date for the refund to be valid. We refund the full purchase price of returned items, excluding shipping and handling.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full — including shipping. You do not need to return a damaged item.
A note on our current stock
Trendous is a small family business reopening its doors. Our serums, facial oil, and gua sha are from our original production runs and have been stored sealed and unopened. If anything you receive does not look or smell the way you expect it to, tell us and we will make it right — no questions asked.
Returns without a confirmation number cannot be processed. Please contact us first.
